Shortly after I had started my deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus, I had this vision (during my quiet time) of an Eagle sitting on my desk, so I asked the Lord about the significance, but received no answer. A week later I attended a talk on parenting and on the overhead screen beforehand, was an image of an eagle…But still nothing. Two weeks later my girls bought me a journal for my birthday – yeah…with an eagle on the cover! I did a study on eagles and their significance in the Word of God and just had to paint an eagle soaring.
